Life is short, life is precious. We could only live once. We can only live about 30,000 some days in our life span. Ask yourself a question: ” How many days of my life have been lived so far? Am I in a good shape? Am I healthy? What I should do to improve my health so that I can live much more happier & healthier?”
Time flies. We should hurry up to take a good care ourselves so that we will not regret later in our life. Live Healthy & Have A Longevity Should Be Everybody’s Life Goal, Not An Option. We learn from life experiences and we learn from mistakes. Before we might always take care of many other people or our work first before we would take care of ourselves. As we get older, we realize that we did many things wrong in early life: not eat breakfast, skip lunch, late dinner, not exercise, smoke, drink, sleep late, not do annual physical check up, not take any nutritional supplements, not protect skin, not doing many things properly etc and etc……
